The word empirical refers to the process of finding truth through experience. Sukha is a Sanskrit word meaning good space. My name is Rachel Jones and that is what I hope to do as a Yoga Therapist, Creator, Educator, and Student. I work with individuals, groups small and large, as well as the community through various modalities.
